From the very beginning my experience with Rock Solid Doors was fantastic. Very quick to respond over email and patient (and helpful) as we made changes to our initial specification. Really helpful visit where we talked through options and I got to see samples, in addition to having the measurements taken. We absolutely love our new door and the installation looks flawless. What a pleasure to deal with!
From my initial enquiry, where Paul gave me a comprehensive, concise run down of my options, to some brief designs and then choosing the door (a lot of options here, but helpfully narrowed down by Paul) and then the installation of two doors - both of which look exceptional and feel every bit the quality that we wanted.
Everything was brilliantly explained and managed and never once was I ‘sold to’ - and having spoken to a national supplier of doors which felt like they were shifting double glazing from back in the 90’s, this was very welcome!
Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the experience. When quoting for the door they went to the trouble to understand what I was trying to achieve and all the options. It was great seeing a father and son team work in perfect harmony on the day of the installation. Love my door and recommend Rock solid doors highly.

Very happy with all aspects of the service.
Prompt and helpful response to all queries.
Excellent advice and guidance to help me finalise what I wanted.
On site the 2 fitters turned up on time and were very professional and polite.
My new door was fitted within a mornings work. They cleaned up after the job, both inside and outside.
In summary, I cannot fault their service and work, and have no hesitation in recommending Rock Solid Doors to anyone who values good service.

Paul and Harry just installed my rosewood front door with frame, I am very happy with the door and have had excellent experiences from the stages of initial consultation, door design, on-site survey, installation and communications. Paul helped me to understand the door product range, he used his practical experience and knowledge of the product ranges to guide me throughout the design to placing ordering. Paul and Harry worked in the rain to install the door, they are very polite and friendly, paid great attention to detail, very efficient and kept everything tidy. They discussed some of the options with me and listened to my responses during the installation. After the door was installed, Harry demonstrated how to operate the door and recommended lubricant for the lock mechanism and surface protector to care the door. Thank you Paul and Harry, you are a great team, much appreciated.

Fantastic. Replacing the front door is an investment, so I really considered who to hire. The reviews for Paul and his son were so good, that I was curious and looking forward to meeting them. They are focused and really serious about what they do. Very calm and generous, answering all my questions, explaining anything I queried, with speed and clarity. The entrance hall is now warm and draught free. The door closes smoothly, and looks beautiful. Great investment. I am so glad I went with Rock Solid Doors. Fully recommended.
